Insurance/Payment:
I work with a limited number of Stanford students on the MHN insurance. Otherwise, I am an “out of network provider”. Please contact me to discuss out-of-pocket rates. I am happy to provide you the necessary documentation required for potential partial reimbursement. You may be eligible for partial reimbursement, please check with your insurance company! I accept check, cash and HSA/FSA cards. The phone appointment prior to initial consultation is free of charge.
